Returns and Refunds

The size ordered doesn't fit?
Does the product not meet your expectations?
Have you received an incorrect or damaged product?

You have 15 days from the order delivery date to request a return.

Return method:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Returns accepted for 15 days
  • Return shipping at a flat rate of €19.00 (for products weighing no more than 10 kg)
  • Take the return to a post office with prepaid labels
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The return does not apply to final promo items

To be entitled to a return: The products and their packaging (cases, packages, labels) must be returned intact and must not have been used or washed. Returning a product or its packaging that is not intact will void the refund. The customer will have 15 days to collect the product at his expense. After 15 days the product will be disposed of.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days of the date the package was delivered to the carrier.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trojanfight.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@trojanfight.com and send your item to: TROJAN FIGHT - Via Bergamo 79 Cremona CR IT 26100.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will be made aware of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
