7. Seleziona il motivo del reso e aggiungi una nota per il negozio.

Se la tua richiesta di reso viene approvata e richiede la spedizione, riceverai un'email con le istruzioni per la spedizione e un'etichetta di spedizione per il reso.

Stampa l'etichetta prepagata di reso che ti abbiamo inviato via e-mail e incollala sul pacco in modo che tutti i dati siano ben visibili.

Consegna il pacco etichettato all'incaricato delle Poste. Cerca l'ufficio postale o il Punto Poste più vicino nel sito di Poste.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

EXCHANGE OF GOODS AND REPORTING DEFECTIVE ITEMS

On the same day of delivery, the Customer must notify TRJ Fight by e-mail of any non-correspondence of the goods received with respect to those ordered, specifying the reasons for the non-correspondence (eg: size, colour, etc.). TRJ Fight will exchange such goods once the return has been received from the Customer, provided that the goods are returned with the original packaging, and the shipping costs of the new goods and the return of the non-corresponding one are borne by TRJ Fight.

The Customer must provide, no later than three days from receipt of the goods, to notify TRJ Fight by e-mail of any defects in the goods, proving, where possible, the alleged defects with appropriate photographic documentation. TRJ Fight, where it ascertains, on the basis of the photographic documentation provided by the Customer, the existence of the defects reported, will arrange for the collection of the defective goods from the Customer at its own expense and, at the Customer's choice and within the limits of the availability of the goods themselves, for the exchange of such goods or to the reimbursement of the price or to the issue of a purchase voucher in favor of the Customer for an amount equal to the price of the defective goods. Any other form of compensation for any damage whatsoever, including indirect and consequential damages, is excluded.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer, where entitled as a consumer pursuant to and by effect of Legislative Decree lgs. 206/05 as amended, can withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten working days of receipt of the goods. The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the Customer and the latter cannot ask TRJ Fight to refund the delivery costs of the initial order.

For the purposes of expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the shipper, without prejudice to the Customer's liability towards TRJ Fight for loss and/or damage to the returned goods until such goods it is not returned to TRJ Fight.

The goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging). In the case of returning goods that are not intact or not complete with the relative packaging, TRJ Fight must notify the Customer in writing by e-mail; in this case, the goods returned by the Customer will not be refunded and will remain at the TRJ Fight headquarters available to the Customer for collection. After ten days from receipt of the aforementioned communication without the Customer having collected it, TRJ Fight will be free to use the aforementioned goods. In this case, the Customer's right to a refund of the price paid for the goods remains excluded. It is also specified that the shipment of the returned goods is under the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.

In the event that the right of withdrawal has been duly exercised, TRJ Fight will refund the sums received from the Customer within fifteen working days starting from the date on which TRJ Fight received the return from the Customer and in any case within thirty days from the date on which which TRJ Fight has become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Alternatively, where agreed with the Customer, TRJ Fight may, instead of proceeding with the refund, issue the Customer with a purchase voucher for an amount equal to that paid by the Customer for the purchase of the goods, therefore excluding the reimbursement of the shipping costs of the goods .

The sums are understood to be reimbursed within the aforementioned term if they are actually returned, sent or re-credited with a value no later than the expiry of the previously indicated term.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the Customer receives a product but decides to return it because he no longer wants it or because he doesn't like the color or the size is wrong, he has up to 30 days from receiving the order to return it and request a refund. . The shipping costs for returning the products in this case are charged to the customer. The customer is required to send the goods back with a traceable shipping method that allows for control and certification of successful delivery.

In the case of a refund request, once TRJ Fight has received the returned goods and checked their integrity, the amount relating to the purchase will be credited back within a maximum time of 30 days from the time of receipt of the return. The refund of the sum will take place through the payment method used for the purchase (eg credit card credit, Paypal credit or bank transfer to the customer). Shipping costs incurred to send the product are excluded from this refund.

If the Customer intends to replace a product due to a size or color change, the replacement product will be shipped only after TRJ Fight has been able to verify the integrity of the returned product. For the shipment of the replacement product, the shipping cost will be charged to the Customer (from 8.00 to 12.00 euros depending on the product) which can be paid through a link that the assistance service will send to the customer by e-mail.
