PUNCHING BAG: AN ESSENTIAL FOR TRAINING

To perfect your technique and warm up, the punching bag is the ideal boxing accessory. Especially recommended for beginners, it is also used a lot by regular boxers. With the punching bag you train endurance, agility, precision and power. It's a great way to develop and stimulate different muscles. You can try the techniques, and then get used to delivering precise blows to strategic areas of the body.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE PUNCHING BAG?

The punching bag should be chosen mainly according to the type of practice and the frequency of training. Two criteria must be considered: the size and the material. 

- THE SIZE: The type of practice will influence the choice of the size of the punching bag (from 80cm to 180cm). For punching only, choose a 80cm to 110cm bag. To also kick and kick, choose a bag over 120 cm.
