HOW TO CHOOSE THE PUNCHING BAG?
The punching bag should be chosen mainly according to the type of practice and the frequency of training. Two criteria must be considered: the size and the material.
- THE SIZE: The type of practice will influence the choice of the size of the punching bag (from 80cm to 180cm). For punching only, choose a 80cm to 110cm bag. To also kick and kick, choose a bag over 120 cm.
