Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy means that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom products (for example special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (for example beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

You have 15 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return.

Return conditions:

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Returns accepted within 15 days

• Flat-rate return shipping fee of €19.00 for products weighing up to 10 kg

• Take your return to a post office using the prepaid labels

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

• Returns do not apply to final-sale promotional items.

To be eligible for a return, products and their packaging (cases, boxes, labels) must be returned intact and must not have been used or washed. Returning a product or packaging that is not intact will void the refund. The customer will have 15 days to collect the product at their own expense. After 15 days, the product will be disposed of.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days from the date the package is delivered to the carrier.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at info@trojanfight.com and send your item to: TROJAN FIGHT - Via Bergamo 79, 26100 Cremona CR, Italy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to: TROJAN FIGHT - VIA BERGAMO 79, 26100 Cremona CR, Italy.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
